FREELANCE WORK
Fees for freelance work are negotiated on an individual client basis.
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
All Estate work is billed based on Tina’s hourly rate (currently $275.00 per hour).
WILLS AND POWER OF ATTORNEY DRAFTING
–$500.00 + HST – Simple Will and Powers of Attorney (for Property and Personal Care) for an individual
–$800.00 + HST – Simple Wills and Powers of Attorney (for Property and Personal Care) for a couple
Complicated wills are billed based on Tina’s hourly rate (currently $275.00 per hour). Tina and the client will agree during the initial consultation whether the requested will is simple or complicated.
DISCOUNTS
TGT Law is pleased to offer a 20% discount on all services to first responders and all members of the Canadian Forces, before applicable taxes. TGT Law is a proud member of the CF Appreciation Program.
